Drawing on Self-Leadership and Self-Management concepts and theories, this nine (9) months Work Based Advanced Management and Leadership Development Programme is for aspiring and practicing junior managers who wants to drive growth and effectiveness achievement outcome measures in all institutions and organisations including private, government, for profits and non profit sectors and its entire supply value chain.
Participants will receive a 60 Credit Hour Award in Strategic Leadership Decision Making after undertaking 6 - 9 Months Work Based Projects.
Based on over ten (10) years of research, design and development, this advanced management and leadership development programme is premised on the assumptions that individuals, organisations/institutions and communities or societies operate in a Knowledge based, Cross-Cultured and VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) Contexts.
In order to drive desired and planned growth and effectiveness achievement outcomes, they can only use the nexus of Creative Knowledge, Moral Values and Cultural Behavior Competencies as “Adaptive Competencies” to achieve up to 99% of growth and effectiveness outcomes.
The “Adaptive Capability” pedagogical framework for management and leadership development at this level is supported by The Pyramid of Growth and Effectiveness: A Multi-Level and Value Based Normative Decision Making Framework for driving Growth and Effectiveness achievement.
Drawing from Strategic Management, this framework provides a step by step process on how individuals, organisations and institutions as well as communities or societies can achieve their growth and effectiveness through policies, strategy, projects and programme design, development and execution
The Design Your Future Growth and Effectiveness Programme is a Self-Management and Self -Leadership development programme for junior managers and those who aspire to achieve the highest levels of Personal, Professional, Career, Organisational and Community goals and objectives.
After attending this programme,participants:
•Will understand the role of Creative Knowledge, Moral Values and Cultural Behavior Competencies-as Aesthetic based "Adaptive Capabilities" for driving growth and effectiveness achievement outcomes in the current Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous context.
•Will understand how to use a Multi-Level and Value Based Normative Decision Making Framework for driving Individual, Organisational and Community Growth and Effectiveness outcomes through policies, strategy, projects and programme design, development and execution.
•Will learn practically how to set goals and objectives and then apply the framework during service, products and solutions design, development and delivery through projects, programmes and policy design, development and execution.
This is an advanced Management and Leadership Development Programme for aspiring and practicing Junior Managers working within public, private, government, for profit and not for profit sectors at the operational level and responsible for service, products and solution design, development and delivery in the entire supply value chain.

This programme is prepared to provide critical tools for individuals, organisations/institutions and the overall communities success, including:
Induction Training: 3 days of intensive face to face "assessment center" or "development center" like training which will provide a theoretical and practical foundation on cross-cultural leadership decision making processes
Mentoring: 6-9 Months support with A world-class mentor to guide when undertaking a Work Based Project. This will experiential process will support transfer of knowledge during the early transformation stages of your development
Funding: $5,000-$10,000 in seed capital to prove the concept, plus access to further funding if your Work Based Project will prove to be able to bring significant changes, improvements and transformation.
