The Managers’ Roundtable is a premier platform for business managers’, administrators’, researchers, academics, and standard bodies to come together and discuss latest updates on the existing challenges and opportunities. This forum is essential in a highly competitive and complex globalised, cross-cultured, and knowledge based economic context.
PhD and Masters Students at different stages in their research are encouraged to present and discuss their problem statement, goals, methods and results.
The main Managers Roundtable conference program of 2018 will have 6 thematic areas (or themes) for refereed paper presentations, and we invite you to submit your cutting-edge, exciting, new breakthrough work to the relevant area.
In addition to the main Managers Roundtable conference, 2018 we will also have a series of co-located workshops, keynote speeches, tutorials, panels, a developer track, and poster and demo sessions.
The Managers’ roundtable is guided by the Evin School of Management’s Centre for Research on Cross-Cultural Leadership and Institutional/ Organisational Development strategic priorities. The following list provides a high light of the areas for this year papers:
KPA I: How to make Knowledge creativity, Moral Values and Social Culture (Behaviour) a key focus for achieving growth and effectiveness at the triple dimensions of Individuals, organisations and the overall communities.
KPA II: How to use Knowledge Creativity, Moral Values and Social Culture (Behaviour) Change as instrumental values for sustaining and developing our Core Shared Values.
KPA III: How to use Knowledge Creativity, Moral Values and Social Culture (Behaviour) as performance measures for driving growth and effectiveness achievement.
KPA IV: How to use technology to enhance Knowledge creativity, Moral Values and Social Culture (Behaviour) application first, in the process of knowledge sharing for designing, development and delivery of services, products and solutions. Second in the process of knowledge sharing for strategy, policies, project and programme design, development and execution and Thirdly, in the process of knowledge sharing for Leading for Growth and Managing Performance, Accountability, Governance, Compliance, Risk measures and behaviors.
KPA V: How to use Knowledge creativity, Moral Values and Social Culture (Behaviour) to improve stakeholders relationships.
Paper Submission Requirements
All submitted papers must
- be written in English
- contain author names, affiliations, and email addresses
- be formatted with a font size no smaller than 9pt
- be in PDF (make sure that the PDF can be viewed on any platform), and formatted for UK Letter size
- occupy no more than ten pages, including the abstract and appendices, but excluding references.
It is the authors responsibility to ensure that their submissions adhere strictly to the required format. Submissions that do not comply with the above guidelines may be rejected without review.
Submissions must represent new and original work. Concurrent submissions are not allowed. Papers that have been published elsewhere, are currently under review, or will be submitted to other meetings or publications while under the Managers Roundtable 2018 review should not be submitted to the Managers Roundtable 2018.
The review process is single-blind peer review (reviewers are anonymous, but authors are not).
Accepted papers will appear in the online conference proceedings and the conference web site. Authors of accepted papers will retain intellectual property rights to their work, but will be required to sign a copyright release form. After publication in International Managers Roundtable 2018, extended versions of papers can be submitted to refereed journals in accordance to the policies of those journals.
Accepted refereed papers, posters, and demos must be presented at the conference by an author who is registered to attend. We strongly encourage at least one author of every paper to register by the early-bird deadline so that session chairs can make plans for its presentation.
